Wife's attempt to have her husband buried at Fort Rosecrans turns into a nightmare

Earl Holland, a World War II veteran, had long thought of Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery as a dignified place to be buried. When he died two years ago, his wife, Elizabeth, wasn't ready emotionally for a funeral. She scattered half of his cremated remains from a plane over the ocean off Carlsbad, then kept the other half in an urn by her bed.
Herrera knows in fashion, answers are always changing
